Frequently asked questions

Welcome to the FAQ section of Kendrick's Graphic Designs. We understand that when it comes to graphic design projects, there are a lot of questions that people ask. That's why we've put together a comprehensive list of the most commonly asked questions about our services. This section will give you answers to all your questions about our design processes and our company as a whole. Whether you're looking for more information about our pricing, turnaround times, or techniques, you can find it here. We're committed to providing you with the knowledge and resources you need to make informed decisions.

How long to finish website?

We think your website will take between 30 and 60 days to finish. We won't start the job until we have a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Please also remember that we need you and your team to give us the necessary assets (including, but not limited to, website text, photos, social media, products, pricing, etc.) and approvals so that we can work on your website and not delay its launch date.

If I find mistakes?

You have a week after your website is done to let us know what you want to change.
This doesn't include new changes to the website, but it does include mistakes that may have happened during the job. During this time, it's up to you as the client to look over your website and point out any mistakes that need to be fixed.
After 7 days, if you find a mistake, we'll charge you $50 per hour.

Will I own the website when done?

Once the project's deliverable have been approved, we'll move your website into your name after you've paid the project's remaining balance in full.
You have up to 30 days from the time the website is finished and ready to go live to give us your log in information. If that information isn't given, it's possible that the website will be taken off of our server without any warning. If you ask for an extension in writing, you can get one.

What is the payment schedule?

This agreement can't be changed or returned, just like a parking ticket. Since the initial deposit is not a credit, it can't be used to pay for any of our other services. No matter if you finish your website or not, you still have to pay the rest of your contract.

How do we pay?

After we talk about the project, you will get an invoice, a contract, and a list of what needs to be done. Once you agree to the terms and price, you can pay with any credit or debit card. You also have the option to use after-pay. If you do this, your payments will be split into four payments. We ask for a 50% down payment, which is non-refundable.

Do I have to buy a domain name?

Yes, you have to buy the domain name and the web hosting separately.
Sign up for Wix, choose a monthly or annual plan, and pick a domain name. Or, there is a $50 process fee if you would like us to do it for you.

What website platform do you use?

As of right now we are only using wix and canva.
